12-month manufacturing warranty
We cover defects in materials and workmanship for twelve months from the purchase date — including casting flaws, faulty clasps, and stone-setting issues that appear under normal wear.
Lifetime re-polishing
Bring or send your piece back anytime for a complimentary polish. We restore lustre with the same atelier finish used when it was first made. Shipping to us for polish is at your expense unless the piece is under active warranty repair.
Not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, or tarnish from daily use
- Damage from perfume, chlorine, salt water, or chemicals
- Loss, theft, or accidental breakage
- Alterations made outside the KANZ atelier
