Placing an order creates a reservation. We may confirm stock, adjust shipping estimates, and request payment before fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled and will notify you at the email provided.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include or exclude VAT depending on your destination. Shipping fees and promotions are calculated at checkout and confirmed on your order summary.

Delivery timelines, the 30-day return window, and the 12-month manufacturing warranty are described on our Shipping, Returns, and Warranty pages, which form part of these terms.

All site content, product photography, and brand marks belong to KANZ or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KANZ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delay in delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
